Hi, My name is Mandie Smith and I am your school social worker. This is my 4th year at the high school. I absolutely love my job, and all the children that I get to build a relationship with and see grow throughout the year(s). 

I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and social work, and a master degree in clinical social work with a focus in schools. I hope that I am able to help your child(ren)/student(s) develop into thriving adults. 

I grew up in a small rural community. I am very close to my family and visit as often as I can with them. 

I am married with three children. We live on a farm and have cows, chickens, ducks, cats, and a little puppy that we adore. Her name is Luna. In my free time I love to build things, play and watch sports, but mainly I love to read. 

I can’t wait to have the opportunity to build a relationship with you and your child(ren), and help with their learning and growth this year.
